Our Story

Our Journey started in the year 1963, when our founder, the late Shri Ananthan Chettiar, observed a lack in supply of high quality provisions and groceries in the city of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He thus started out as a humble wholesaler of groceries, with the intent of  making high quality provisions accessible to all. Such was his commitment to serving people, over making better profits. This earned the trust of his customers & thus his scale of business grew with small increments over time.

Fast forward to 1981, He ventured into the world of manufacturing, with the determination to produce the best quality Samba Rava he could, but also wanted to make it accessible to the common man. This commitment to serving people translated into further growth, as the organization then began to be spearheaded by his son, Mr. A. Venkatesh Babu, who has led our organization Chiranjeevi Agro Industries, to new heights, while always staying true to the value of service. Under his vision & leadership, the organization achieved manifold growth and established a name & brand for himself & our business as being synonymous for high quality products & unmatched service.
